Copyright and Image Use

1. Original website photography

Original aerial photographs displayed on this website are reproduced with the photographer's permission. Unless stated otherwise, copyright remains with the photographer. Copying, downloading, republishing or selling portfolio photographs is not authorised simply because they are displayed publicly.

2. Commissioned customer images

Customers purchasing photography or video services receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence for personal and commercial use of the delivered files, including printing, sharing, websites, advertising and reasonable editing or cropping.

Copyright is not assigned to the customer unless a separate written agreement expressly provides for it. Customers may not sell the original delivered files as standalone stock media without separate permission.

3. Rights and permissions

A customer licence does not automatically grant permission to use third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, identifiable people's images or locations where separate rights or permissions apply. Customers must ensure their intended use complies with applicable law.

4. Customer privacy and portfolio use

We do not use commissioned customer photographs or videos in our public portfolio or promotions without specific permission. Permission can be discussed by email, including which images and channels it covers. Requests to stop future promotional use or remove existing material will be considered in accordance with applicable rights and practical limitations.

5. Other website content

Text, branding and website design may have separate copyright or licensing arrangements. Third-party references and links remain the property of their respective owners. Please contact us if you believe material on this site infringes your rights.
